* Adding Voting Incentives is not the same as voting.
* Voting Incentives are added to incentivize vlLTP holders who allocate their votes to a certain pool.
* Each pool listed in the Listapie Voting Market is eligible to receive incentives and voting support.
* Voting incentives can be added to reward voters on current and upcoming epochs.
